At Homesteads Baptist Church, we are committed to building strong families that are equipped to honor the Lord with their lives. Because of our commitment, we not only invest in children’s ministry that is fun, exciting, and most of all, biblical. We also invest in ministry to parents.

Scripture assigns the primary role as faith trainers for children to their parents. As a result, for a church to have a ministry that benefits children the most, that church must also equip parents to raise their children, involve parents in the discipleship processes of the church, and labor to create an environment in which all kinds of families are strengthened to follow Jesus Christ and to live out the commands of Scripture.

Our goals are to assist parents as they seek to raise godly children, to lead our children to mature in Christ, to equip parents and children to serve the Lord together, and to structure our church in such a way as to maximize the effectiveness of these ministries.
